An important international company is looking for a Field Engineer with the following descriptions:

It is essential that the resource has experience in field support with end-user experience

  • High level proficiency in Windows 7 and Windows 10
  • Intermediate to high level proficiency in Apple Mac Operating systems
  • Intermediate to high level proficiency in Mobility Device Management (MDM) in IOS and android operating systems and basic knowledge in Microsoft InTune.
  • IMAC process Install, Move, Add and Change.
  • IT Asset management (Desktops, laptops, mobile devices and other IT peripherals).
  • ITIL and Agile process (exposure to SLA, Ticketing system)
  • Network troubleshooting and understanding TCP/IP.
  • knowledge in Microsoft 365 architecture and Office 365 environment.
  • Antivirus troubleshooting (understanding of Trend AV and other enterprise antivirus architecture)
  • Proficiency in multiple vendor hardware troubleshooting (HP, DELL, LENOVO, etc.,).
  • Software deployment through SCCM.
  • Manual software installation and troubleshooting.
  • Handling and task prioritization.
  • End-user experience

Requisitos

Requirements:

Experience: Between 3 to 5 years of experience in the required tasks

Location: Rua Gomes de Carvallo. São Paulo – Brasil

Bilingual: English and Portuguese
